I also pour some water about 1/2 to 1 cup of water in the crock pot with the turkey breast. Salt and pepper. It will literally fall off the bone. Julie that I work with puts a packet of Lipton onion soup mix. If you use a frozen turkey breast, I would cook it about 12-14 hours. Thawed - about 8 hours. Also, you can take some of the broth from it and combine with a can of cream of chicken soup and you have gravy. It is very good as well.
