Add 1 1/8 cup of dole whip mix to 3 1/2 cups cold water in a mixing bowl. Whisk by hand until completely dissolved, (about 2 minutes).
Pour mixture into ice cream maker and follow the ice cream maker instructions from there.
(Keep in stir mode for about 20 - 30 minutes)
