Aunt Jemima Syrup

2 Cups Water
1 Cup Sugar
2 Cups Dark Corn Syrup
1/4 tsp Salt
1 tsp Maple Flavoring


Combine waater, sugar, syrup and salt in a saucepan over medium heat.

Stir occasionally until mixture comes to a boil

Let boil for 7 minutes!

Turn off heat and let sit for 15 minutes.

Add flavoring, stir

When Cool; add to glass container.


Makes 1 quart
