Hi. I saw your post about the hot chocolate mix. I have a recipe that requires only adding hot water. This is from my aunt. I have made it for years. I started by taking it to college.
1 lg. box powered milk( I think 8qt.
1 container of nestles chocolate Quick mix
1 lg. coffee creamer(any brand)
2 cups or more powered sugar
Mix all together in a large container. Us the back of a large spoon to break up the powered sugar lumps. Keep in closed containers.
I heat up water in a mug in the microwave. Only add 3/4 full water.
You need room to add the mix.
The amount of mix will depend on the size of the mug.
We make if every winter. I hope you like this. It is easy since you don't need milk and the mix lasts for a long time.
