Eunson Applesauce

Do not peel apples.   You just quarter or sixth them, cut out the seeds, cook in water till soft and run them through a sieve.
Make sure they don't stick to the bottom of the pan.
If they do, don't scrape the bottom of you'll ruin the whole batch.
Just dump out what will come out into the sieve.
Add sugar as needed.
