Hashbrown Casserole

2 lbs frozen hash browns
2 cups sour cream
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/4 tsp pepper
2 cups velveeta, cubed
1/2 c onion, chopped
3/4 tsp salt

Combine everything but the potatoes, stir well
Fold in potatoes
Put in crockpot

Cook on High 1 1/2 hours, turn to LOW and cook 2 1/2 hours more
