1 container of Cool Whip
1 4oz serving box of vanilla instant pudding mix
1 20oz can crushed pineapple in juice (undrained)
1 15oz. Round Angel Food Cake
1 cup fresh mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries)
Measure 1 cup coolwhip; set aside to soften.
Combine in a medium bowl, pudding mix and pineapple. Gently stir in whipped topping.
Break up angel food cake and put into bottom of serving dish.
Top with pineapple mixture, then the rest of the coolwhip.
Top with strawberries and blueberries
