Cheese Potatoes - Crockpot

4 large potatoes
 1 cup sour cream
1 onion – diced
1 tsp salt
1 pound cheese – grated
salt, pepper
1 TBSP butter, margarine

Boil potatoes, cool and grate.
Combine all ingredients and plop it in the crockery.
Dot the top with butter and sprinkle on a little paprika
Cook on LOW 4-6 hours.

Try cooking the potatoes in your crockery the night before, or use hasbrowns
