Chocolate Fudge Pie

½ cup Butter, melted                                   1 cup Sugar
2 Eggs                                                               ½ cup flour, sifted
1 square bitter chocolate, melted                          1 teaspoon vanilla

  • Preheat oven to 325
  • Beat sugar and butter together, and then add eggs.  Beat until thoroughly mixed.
  • Add flour and blend well.
  • Add melted chocolate and vanilla         
  • Pour into greased  Pyrex pie plate and bake  for 25 minutes
  • Serve with vanilla ice-cream
