Butterscotch or Chocolate Pie

1 ½ Cups Milk                                                    
1 Cup Brown Sugar
1 Cup Water                                                     
½ Cup White Sugar
4 Egg Yokes                                                     
About 1/3 Cup Flour
1 Tsp. Salt                                                        P
Pie Shell

·        Cook together, remove from heat and add . . .
1 tsp. Vanilla ½ stick of butter
·        When cool, pour into pie shell.
To make chocolate pie, add 3 ½ or more Tablespoons of Cocoa
