Chocolate Pie

3 ½ TBSP Flour                                   1 Cup Sugar
Dash of Salt                                               3 TBSP Cocoa

·        Mix well, then add 1 ½ Milk.
·        Cook in top of double boiler until thick.
·        Remove from heat, add 2 beaten egg yolks.
·        Cook until well mixed, add 2 tsp. Vanilla and 2 Tsp butter.
·        Mix well, and pour into baked pastry shell.
·        Top with whip cream
