1 pkg beef stew meat
1 stick butter
1 envelope dry onion soup mix
Combine all ingredients in crock pot, cook on low 6 hours.
Serve over cooked noodles.
Make a little gravy with this, just stir in a little flour and beef broth (into the crock pot) when meat is done.
