Bread - Aunt Linda

Linda Kay’s Bread Recipe

I just guess, but will give you about what I think the measurements are:

In a glass bowl:

4 Cups warm water      )
1 Tbls instant yeast      )        Stir and let it sit for about 5 minutes.
1 Tbls. honey                )

Add:
1/2 Cup honey
1/2 Cup oil
1 T Salt

Mix in flour a little at a time.

 10 cups???? You can substitute part whole wheat flour.
Anyway till you get a nice dough to knead.
Knead for a few minutes then put in a greased container in your frig.

It'll keep over a week.

I just take out what I need each time
.
Make sure your container is big as the dough will rise a little in your frig.
