BBQ Sauce - Ridgewood Style

4 cups ketchup
7 T worcerstershire sauce
1 tsp tabasco sauce
1/4 c molasses
1/3 c vinegar????
1/3 c oil
1/2 c brown sugar
1 T liquid smoke

Spices

1 T dry mustard
1 1/2 tsp garlic salt
1 1/3 tsp onion salt
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper

Combine all ingredients in glass bowl.
Mix, then pour into glass jars or plastic jar
Cover and Refrigerate

Sauce keeps for weeks........ok to freeze too.

Serve with chicken, ribs, pork or beef
