4 oucnes of cream cheese ¾ cups Sugar
2 eggs 2 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. lemon juice 1 Graham Cracker Crust
Preheat oven to 350
Combine all ingredients, pour into crust. Bake about 20 minutes.
Cool pie for about 5 minutes, then add topping.
Topping
½ pint sour cream 1 tsp. vanilla
3 ½ TBSP sugar
Add topping to pie, return to oven for 10 minutes
Chill for about 4-5 hours before serving.
