Cheddar Bread

8 oz sharp cheddar cheese, cold
6 oz butter, room temp
2 scallions, finely chopped
2 cloves of garlic, minced
bread


In a food processor, shred the cheese.

Add butter and process until smooth

Add the scallions and garlic, pulse until smooth

season with salt/pepper


Spread the mixture on bread.
Bake at 400 for 10-12 minutes
Using a serrated knife, cut bread into  1 inch slices
