Sourdough Cornbread

1 cup sourdough starter
1 1/2 cup yellow corn meal
1 1/2 cup evaporated milk
2 each eggs beaten
2 tablespoon sugar
1/4 cup melted butter (warm)
1/2 teaspoon salt
3/4 teaspoon soda

Thoroughly mix the starter, cornmeal, evap. milk, eggs, and sugar in a large bowl.

Stir in melted butter, salt, and soda.

Turn into a 10 inch greased pan ( iron skillet works real well) 

Bake at 450 for 30 mins
