Breakfast Patties

1/4 cup water
2 tsp salt
2 tsp sage
1 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
1/8 tsp ginger (optional)
2 lbs ground pork

In a bowl, combine water and seasonings.

Add pork and mix well.

Shape into 8 - 4" patties

Cook in skillet, over medium heat 5 - 6 minutes on each side, or until no longer pink.
