Apple Crisp

6 cups thinly sliced, peeled apples                       
1/3 cup sugar
2 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted                     
1 tsp. cinnamon

Topping
¾ cup sugar                                                      
½ tsp. salt
½ cup all purpose flour                                       
1/3 c. butter or margarine

·        Mix together the apples, 1/3 cup of sugar, cinnamon, salt and melted butter.
·        Place in a greased 8 inch square baking dish. Set aside.
·        Combine ¾ cup sugar and flour. Cut in butter until crumbly.
·        Sprinkle over the apples.
·        Bake at 375 for about 45 minutes, or until apples are tender.
