Cooked Cabbage
Wash the cabbage, cut or slice into a skillet with a lid
Put about ½ cup water, 2 big tsp. bacon grease, red pepper flakes, sugar, onion, salt, pepper
(any of the above)
Cook covered on medium heat about 10 minutes.
The water will boil out
