Corn Bread Casserole

2 med. chicken breasts                                                  
2 pkgs. mixed vegetables
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese                                      
2 cans of cream of chicken soup
1 box Jiffy cornbread mix                                                
1 can of mushrooms

·         Cook chicken until tender.
·         Cut chicken into small cubes.
·         Mix chicken, vegetables and 1 can of chicken soup.
·         Pour into baking dish.
·         Sprinkle cheese on top of chicken mixture.
·         Mix dry cornbread mix with the other can of chicken soup; pour over top.
·         Bake on 375 until golden brown.
