Cornmeal Pudding


Whisk together,
 1 can of cream style corn,
 2 large eggs,
 1/3 cup of cornmeal mix (Jiffy),
 ½ tsp. seasoned salt; and
 ¼ tsp. pepper.

Pour mixture into a lightly greased 1 ½ quart baking dish.

Bake at 350 for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown and set.
