Cranberry Salad

1 large package of cherry jello
1 cup boiling water (Martha just used ¾ cup)

1 cup of pineapple juice (omit, and use whole can of pineapples)
1 cup of raw cranberries, ground  (measure whole, then grind)
1 cup sugar
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 cup chopped celery
1 cup nuts
1 cup crushed pineapple, drain   (*Large size can – not jumbo)
1 whole orange (juice, peeling and all) ground

·      Combine jello and boiling water – mix well
·      Then add rest of ingredients.
·      Mix well, chill overnight.

*Sandy uses the water in the can of pineapples for her pineapple juice
