Cube Steak Casserole

4 or 5 pieces of Cube Steak                                           
Water
½ stick of Margarine                                                       
1 can Cream of mushroom soup
¾ Cup milk                                                                     
Flour, salt, pepper

·         Soak cube steaks in water for 10 minutes.
·         Drain and dip cube steak in flour, salt and pepper.
·         Melt ½ stick of margarine in skillet.
·         Brown cube steaks and then put steaks in a single layer in a casserole dish.
·         Add mushroom soup and milk to drippings in skillet.
·         Bring to a boil for 1 minute. Pour over steaks in casserole.
·         Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
·         Remove cover and bake an additional 15 minutes.
