Easy Cobbler

1 cup Flour            
1 cup Sugar         
1 cup Milk     
 pinch of salt       
1 tsp baking powder
fruit, heated

  • Melt 1 stick of butter or margarine in pie pan or baking dish.
  • Pour batter in pan
  • Pour the HEATED fruit on top of batter.
  • It will sink to the bottom then rise as it bakes.
  • Be sure fruit is HOT.
  • Bake at 375 until brown on top.
Any fruit will do, apple, peaches, cherries.
