8 oz. each red and green maraschino cherries 1 Cup Sugar
1 16oz. mixed fruit 1 stick of margarine
½ Cup Orange Juice 2 Cups Self Rising Flour
2 Cups Pecans, chopped 1 TBSP Vanilla
4 Eggs
- Cream margarine, sugar, and eggs. Add orange juice and vanilla.
- Dust fruit and nuts with 2 TBSP flour. Add.
- Add the rest of the flour and stir well.
- Pour into a greased and floured pan.
- Bake 1 ½ hours at 300.
- Use 1 tube pan or 2 small loaf pans
