Mexican Dip



1 - 8 oz. Cream Cheese, cubed           
1 pound of Sausage - Hot or Mild
1 Small Can of Rotel Tomatoes - Mild

·      Brown and drain sausage, add cream cheese and tomatoes.
·      Heat till cheese has melted.
·      Serve with scoops!


Can be microwaved if cold

Use mild or hot sausage
