Nick's Chocolate Fudge

1 jar marshmallow crème                                     
1 ½ Cup sugar
2/3 Cup evaporated milk                                     
¼ Cup Butter or Margarine
¼ tsp. salt                                                        
6 oz. Bag semi-sweet chocolate chips
½ Cup nuts                                                       
1 tsp. Vanilla

·        Mix together the marshmallow crème, sugar, milk, butter and salt,
·        Bring to a boil on medium high heat, stirring constantly.
·        At first sign of bubble, turn down to medium. Boil for 5 minutes!
·        Remove from heat.
·        Add chocolate chips, stir until smooth and thickened. Ok to use mixer
·        Add nuts and vanilla, pour into lightly buttered dish.
