Peanut Butter Candy

Doubled Recipe
1 can carnation crème (5 oz.)                               
2 TBSP Butter or Margarine
1 tsp. Salt                                                         
 2 Cups Sugar

·        Bring to a rolling boil, on medium heat for 1 minute. STIR CONTINOUSLY!
·        Remove from heat
·        Add peanut butter (at least 6 heaping tbsp.) until you think it is enough. (May want to start with 2 large spoonfuls, stir, may need more)
·        Pour into buttered 8 x 8 x 2 dish. Refrigerate.


Chocolate chips may be substituted for peanut butter
