Salsbury Steak

1½ lbs. Lean Ground beef                                               
2 cans of beef gravy
1 Tbsp. Shortening                                                          
1 Tbsp. Soy Sauce
½ Cup dry bread crumbs                                                
1 Egg, slightly beaten

·         Mix beef, egg, ¼ Cup beef gravy and bread crumbs.
·         Make 6 patties, Brown and drain grease.
·         Pour in rest of gravy and soy sauce
·         Cover and Simmer 20 minutes, on low heat, stirring occasionally.
