Applebutter


1 Large Can of Applesauce           
1 ¼ Cup Sugar
Cinnamon Oil

·      Pour Applesauce into crock-pot with a drop or two of cinnamon
·      Cook on High with lid slightly ajar all day.
·      Cook until it is reduced and has a nice dark color.
·      Stir in sugar and a few drops of cinnamon. (Check the taste, you may need to add more sugar or cinnamon)
This recipe can be doubled, just cook down applesauce a little before adding the 2nd can
If using fresh apples, cook them in crockpot until darkened..
