- Cook at 375 for 20-25 minutes on Pamphered Chef 9x13 pan (with lip)
Or
- Cook at 400 in middle position of oven.
Roast until fat begins to render, about 5 – 6 minutes
Rotate pan and continue to cook 5-6 minutes. ( 10 for thick bacon)
Transfer to Paper Towel Lined plate to drain
