Basic Gravy

                 

Grease (quite a bit)                        
5 oz. evaporated milk (small can)
Flour (quite a bit)                           
3-4 Cups Waters
Salt

·      Heat grease over medium heat, add salt.
·      Mix flour into grease.
·      Cook a little while.
·      Mix water with milk, pour into skillet.
·             Cook until thick, stirring continuously.

Add crumbled sausag for Sausag Gravy
