Beef Stew (Martha)

Chuck Roast
Seasoned Salt
Flour
French’s Beef Stew Mix
Carrotts
Potatoes
Onion
Celery
Peas

  • Preheat oven to 250.
  • Sprinkle Seasoned Salt all over the chuck roast, liberally.
  • Then coat the roast in flour and brown in skillet.
  • Put roast in a baking dish.
  • Mix your beef stew mix and pour on roast.
    Cook for 3 hours.
  • Then quarter your vegetables (except peas).
  • Add to meat
  • Cook 1 ½ hours
  • Add a can of peas, and cook for 30 minutes.

Total cooking time is 5 hours!
