- Preheat oven to 250.
- Sprinkle Seasoned Salt all over the chuck roast, liberally.
- Then coat the roast in flour and brown in skillet.
- Put roast in a baking dish.
- Mix your beef stew mix and pour on roast.
Cook for 3 hours. - Then quarter your vegetables (except peas).
- Add to meat
- Cook 1 ½ hours
- Add a can of peas, and cook for 30 minutes.
Total cooking time is 5 hours!
