Breakfast Casserole (Sandy L)

1 small box of seasoned bread crumbs
1 lb sausage, browned and crumbled
2 cups Cheddar cheese
¾ cup of onions, green peppers, ham , and bacon
8 beaten eggs
2 ½ cups milk

  • Layer first four ingredients in a greased 9x13 dish.
  • Beat eggs, then add milk.  Pour over other ingredients.
  • Refrigerate overnight
  • Sprinkle with ½ cup cheese
Bake 1 hour at 350
