1 can biscuits
1 – 2 lbs. sausage, cooked
4 – 6 eggs (You may sub. Bacon)
Salt, Pepper & Milk
2 (8 oz) Shredded Cheddar Cheese
(If you like your eggs fluffy)
· Spray a 9x13 pan with non-stick cooking spray.
· Layer biscuits in pan.
· Sprinkle cooked sausage or bacon over biscuits
· Prepare eggs as if to scramble (salt, pepper & milk); Pour over biscuits and sausage.
· Sprinkle with cheese.
· Bake 400 degrees for 15 – 20 minutes or until sides turn loose from pan, be sure mixture is done in the middle.
