Breakfast Pizza (Janie)

1 can crescent rolls                                                       
1 lb. Pork sausage, cooked & drained
6 eggs, beaten
½ cup milk
¾ tsp. oregano
1/8 tsp. pepper
1       cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese

·         Cook sausage until browned, drain, set aside
·         Separate crescent dough into 8 triangles, place triangles with pints toward center in a greased 12” pizza pan.
·         Press bottoms and sides to form a crust, seal perforations.
·         Bake at 375 for 5 minutes.
·         Reduce oven to 350.
·         Spoon sausage over dough; sprinkle with cheeses
·         Combine eggs, milk, oregano & pepper.
·         Pour over sausage and cheese.
·         Bake at 350 for 30 – 35 minutes
·         Bake 400 degrees for 15 – 20 minutes or until sides turn loose from pan, be sure mixture is done in the middle.
