Brocolli Casserole (Granny)

1 pkg chopped broccoli, thawed and cooked or fresh broccoli, cooked
32 oz of Pepperidge farms dressing (estimate – maybe 1 bag)
½ cup chopped onion
½ cup chopped celery
2/3 cup hot water
1 can cream of broccoli soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 jar of cheez whiz
1 stick of margarine

  • Preheat oven to 350
  • Combine dressing and water, mix well
  • Melt margarine in casserole dish, once melted, pour butter into dressing mix.  Stir.
  • Pour about half of dressing mixture into casserole dish.
  • Combine broccoli, onion, celery,&  soups; mix well.
  • Spread cheese on top, sprinkle remaining dressing on top.
  • Bake until bubbling @ 25-35 minutes.
