1 pkg chopped broccoli, thawed and cooked or fresh broccoli, cooked
32 oz of Pepperidge farms dressing (estimate – maybe 1 bag)
½ cup chopped onion
½ cup chopped celery
2/3 cup hot water
1 can cream of broccoli soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 jar of cheez whiz
1 stick of margarine
- Preheat oven to 350
- Combine dressing and water, mix well
- Melt margarine in casserole dish, once melted, pour butter into dressing mix. Stir.
- Pour about half of dressing mixture into casserole dish.
- Combine broccoli, onion, celery,& soups; mix well.
- Spread cheese on top, sprinkle remaining dressing on top.
- Bake until bubbling @ 25-35 minutes.
