Buttermilk Pound Cake

4 Eggs                                                                           
2 ½ Cup Self Rising Flour
1 Cup Oil                                                                        
2 Cups Sugar
1 Cup Coconut                                                               
1 Tsp. Vanilla
1 Cup Buttermilk

·         Cream Eggs & Sugar
·         Add Flour
·         Add Buttermilk and rest of ingredients
·         Bake in a well greased & floured large bundt pan
·         Bake at 325 for 60 minutes or until done.
·         (May spray pan with Pam)
·         Let Cool- Remove from Pan

ICING
1 Cup Sugar
1 tsp. Vanilla
½ Cup Water
·         Mix together and boil for 1 minute.
·         Pour over cake while still hot.
·         Cover, let set overnight
