Butterscotch Delight

FIRST LAYER:
1 ½ cup self- rising flour                      Mix and spread in 9 x 13 pan.
1 stick butter, melted                          Bake 15 minutes at 350 degree
½ cup chopped nuts                            Cool Completely

SECOND LAYER:
8-oz. cream cheese, softened               Blend and spread over 1st layer.
1 ½ cup powdered sugar
13 ½ size carton Cool Whip

THIRD LAYER:
2 pkg. Jell-O Instant Butterscotch pudding
3 Cups milk Mix                                   Mix thoroughly and spread over
1 tsp. Vanilla                                      2nd layer.

FOURTH LAYER:
·        Spread Cool Whip over third layer and sprinkle nuts over top.
·        Store in refrigerator.

For Chocolate Delight: Use 1 box chocolate and 1 box vanilla.
Sprinkle top with chocolate curls or nuts.

For Lemon Delight: Use two boxes lemon instant pudding mix.
