Cheeseball

CHEESEBALL

2 8oz. Cream Cheese – softened
1 cup chopped pecans, divided
2 Tbsp finely chopped onion
1 8 ½ oz. Crushed pineapple, drained
1/8 cup finely chopped green pepper
1 tsp. seasonal salt.

·      Beat cream cheese until smooth, stir in pineapple and ½ cup nuts.
·      Add rest of ingredients, shape into a ball – roll in nuts
