Chicken Thighs
2 or 3 Chicken Breast
Stick of Butter
Heinz Chicken Gravy or Cream of Chicken Soup
- Cook thighs with skin and a couple of chicken breast tenderloins in large pot.
- Do not use a lot of water.
- When done, remove chicken and let cool, then shred.
- Add to broth. . .
- Stick of butter
- Can of Heinz Chicken Gravy or Cream of Chicken Soup
- BRING TO A SLOW BOIL
Dumplings
½ cup flour
1 cup of milk
- Mix flour and milk, dough will be sticky
- Drop by teaspoon into broth
- Cover with lid
- Reduce to simmer
- Cook about 15 minutes – do not overcook!
- DO NOT REMOVE LID
- When done add the chicken back into broth, gently stir.
