Chicken Pot Pie

1 can cream of chicken soup

¼ cup milk

1 TBSP butter

2/3 cup chicken broth

1 TBSP flour, heaping

Salt, pepper and sage to taste

Mix above ingredients together on top of stove – heat thoroughly.

ADD:

3       Cooked chicken breasts, diced

1 carrot, diced

1 potato, diced

mushrooms

peas

4       oz. shredded cheese (optional ) 

 Thaw 2 pie crusts.  Pour mixture into 1 shell and top with other shell.  Brush egg white on top.  Bake at 425 for 25 – 30 minutes!
