Chocolate Chip Cheesecake Bars

·        Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
·        Beat together
          1 pkg. Chocolate cake mix (10.1 oz., 8”x8” pan size)
          ¼ cup softened margarine
          1 egg

·        Spread batter evenly in pan. (To prevent messy fingers, place a sheet of plastic wrap over batter and press evenly into pan.)
·        Bake at 375 for 10 minutes
·        Reduce oven temperature to 350 degrees.
·        Beat together
        2 packages of cream cheese (8 oz. Each)
        2 eggs
        2/3 cup sugar.
·        Stir in 1-cup mini semi-sweet chocolate morsels.
·        Pour over crust and bake for 20 minutes or until set.
·        Cool. Remove bars from pan by lifting aluminum foil; cut in small bars. Refrigerate until serving.
