Coconut Cake

  • Let cool, poke holes into top of cake
  • Pour cream of coconut over cake
  • Mix 2 TBSP powder sugar and a 12 oz cool whip.
  • Frost cake with this, and then sprinkle on a pack of the frozen coconut.

*may add a little vanilla to cool-whip for a little more flavor
