1 cup milk
1 egg
4 baking potatoes, quartered
1 cup flour
1 stick margarine
½ cup parmesean cheese
1 tsp. salt
pepper
- Mix milk and egg
- Dip potatoes into egg mixture and coat with flour
- Melt margarine in 9x13 pan
- Place potatoes in pan
- Sprinkle with cheese, salt, and pepper.
