Creamy Brocolli Cheese Soup

3 10 oz. Packages of frozen chopped broccoli, thawed
     (Martha only uses 1 pkg of broccoli)      
2 cups of potatoes, diced
½ cup onion, diced
2 14 oz. Cans of chicken broth
2 cans of cream of chicken soup
12 oz. Cheddar cheese, cubed

·      Parboil potatoes in water for about 10 minutes.  Drain water and add chicken broth, broccoli and onion.
·      Cook for 20 minutes.
·      Reduce to a simmer and add remaining ingredients. Stir to prevent cheese from sticking to pan.
·      When heated through, serve.
·     
Be careful, after adding cheese, it will stick!
