3 blocks of cream cheese, room temp
3 Large Eggs
1 can of Eagle Brand Milk
1 Formed Pie Crust
You can add anything to the batter (Chocolate, Canned Pumpkin, Vanilla, Peanut Butter., etc)
- Preheat oven to 300
- Mix eggs, cheese, and eagle brand milk really good.
- Crush pie crust and press into the bottom of a greased spring form pan.
- Bake in a water bath. Line the spring form pan with 2 sheets of aluminum foil. Place in a 9 x 13 dish with water in it.
- Bake for 2 hours in a conventional oven or 1 ½ hours in a convection oven.
- Let sit on countertop for at least an hour after baking.
Doug’s Chocolate Sauce
Mix together FAST
6 ounces of melted chocolate
8 ounces of sour cream.
And pour over cooled cheesecake
