1 Large Onion 2 Eggs
1 Cup Self-Rising Flour ½ Cup Milk
1 Tsp. Salt 1 tsp. Oil
- Slice onion, separate into rings.
- Combine dry ingredients – stir well.
- Add eggs, milk, and oil. Beat until smooth.
- Dip onions into batter, fry in deep hot oil until golden brown.
- Drain on paper towels
