Easy Onion Rings

1 Large Onion                                              2 Eggs
1 Cup Self-Rising Flour                                  ½ Cup Milk
1 Tsp. Salt                                                   1 tsp. Oil

  • Slice onion, separate into rings.
  • Combine dry ingredients – stir well.
  • Add eggs, milk, and oil.  Beat until smooth.
  • Dip onions into batter, fry in deep hot oil until golden brown.
  • Drain on paper towels
