French Fried Chicken Tenders

Rinse and drain chicken tenders

Use half mixture of flour and kernel sanders. (mix together)  

May add 2 TBSP Powdered Sugar, Salt, Pepper, Season Salt also

Line a pie plate with paper towels, pour flour mixture on top for easy clean up.

Beat together 1 egg and some cream in another pie plate.

Dip chicken in flour mixture, then into egg mixture, then back into the flour mixture

Fry in oil, drain.

(when frying, add cornstarch to flour.....coat chicken and let set on wire rack for a few minutes to dry.....helps to keep the coating on.)
